In the Yu-Gi-Oh OCG, it can be said that there is no other effect that is more suitable to be called a reset than this monster has.

There is a card like a degraded version of this that returns all of his GY to his Deck in Pokéka, but it became a hotbed for TOD and was banned by being able to repeat the loop again.
If Yu-Gi-Oh is revived now, I can only see the future where it will be used and abused for infinite loops and real extra turns. Even with errata and a turn 1 with the same name, it's tough.

Overall Rating: A card with a horrible reset effect.
The only things that don't interfere are LP, exclusion, face-up cards in the extra deck, and the turn progress, and everything else returns to the start of the duel.
No matter how much advantage you gain, it will be reset, so the balance is nothing.

A brutal card that resets everything except LP and exclusion zone cards. In card games, reset cards are powerful cards in the first place, but I don't see cards that reset each other's field and hand to the initial state.
Getting this card out is not that difficult, and I remember seeing it set in various ways, such as bringing it into the hand with Sangan and setting it with Morphing Jar #2 or Cyber Jar.
However, if they are used together, the reset may continue endlessly, and the duel time will be delayed one after another, so it can not be said to be a very productive card. In 2018/1, the ruling was changed so that if this card is reversed when battle destruction is confirmed, it will not return to his deck, but it is now banned and there is no way to undo it, which is too late.

A monster like R*ta. The effect is as strong as the thunder of R*ta.
